Junior Spotlight: Kyle Barr
Kyle Barr had a strong tournament run, reaching the finals in his division.
He opened with a solid win over N. Dragovic, 4-1, 4-1. In the second round, Kyle continued his momentum, defeating H. Macdonald 4-2, 4-3 (7-3) in a tight match.
In the finals, Kyle faced E. Karaman and competed hard in two close sets, falling 3-4 (6-8), 3-4 (2-7).
Throughout the tournament, Kyle showed:
- Consistent shot-making and control
- The ability to compete in tight sets
- Strong effort from start to finish
A great result overall and a strong step forward in competition. Kyle continues to put in the work at Lake County Tennis Academy, and it’s showing on the court.
